  • Train drivers on politeness, clear communication, and conflict resolution. They should know how to handle situations like heavy traffic or a frustrated customer calmly.

  • Emphasize the importance of safety (no speeding, no aggressive driving, ensuring passengers wear seatbelts).

  • Instruct drivers to always confirm the destination before starting the trip and be open to taking customer-suggested routes if they are familiar with local streets.

• Incentives and Retention:

  • Offer competitive incentives, bonuses, and transparent commission structures to attract and retain the best, most experienced drivers. High driver satisfaction directly translates to better service quality and lower turnover.
